What went wrong at the end when the ambulance had to show up?
THIS IS WHY I TELL BRIDES TO EAT AND DRINK WATER. She didn’t have enough and she ended up passing out.
What cool Chinese wedding traditions were incorporated into the ceremony or reception?
They didn’t do as much for the ceremony or reception (not that I know of), but they did do some traditions in the beginning of the day. They played a few Chinese games where the groom had a pile of strings and one was attached to the bride’s hand and others were attached to other things. He had to keep choosing a string and if it wasn’t the one attached to her hand, he had to do whatever the string was attached to. Some were attached to food or drink, and one was even stated he had to do push ups. This went on until he got hers. It was fun. There was another one where the bridesmaids would be in a line and he had to get past them to get to her.
What language was the ceremony in since a lot of the guests were from China?
The ceremony was actually done in Chinese. I had absolutely no idea what was going on, except for at the end when she said “ I will be yours forever” in english. It made me cry.
